Timeline Calculator 2 is a cue timing, tempo map and project management tool for composers working to picture. Designed for film, television, game and media composers, it helps you calculate musical structures from real-world scoring information such as timecode in/out points, fixed durations, tempo, meter, bars and tap tempo performances. Use Calculator Mode to solve cue timing questions quickly: find the tempo needed for a cue, calculate how long a musical idea will run, explore complete-bar alternatives with Perfect Fit, or generate more flexible musical solutions with Cue Optimiser. Once a cue is ready, send it to Project Mode to organise your score. Track cue names, reels, status, difficulty, notes, schedules, working days and deadlines, then generate clear production documents including Project Reports, Cue Lists and Cue Sheets. When a cue has an export-ready musical structure, Drag to DAW creates a Standard MIDI File containing tempo map, meter map and marker information, ready to bring into your DAW.
