3D Panner lets you place a sound not just left and right, but all the way around you: 360 degrees, above and below. It uses HRTF binaural rendering, which means the height and the depth actually come through on ordinary headphones, with no surround speakers and no treated room.

In this version you can also split a sound into up to 8 frequency bands and place each band in the 3D space independently, so your low end can stay put while the top end moves. There are 8 built-in LFOs to move a sound for you, plus the option to draw your own LFO path.
