GOOD LUCK! Gotta have M. Hub. Won't open, thought I'd purchase the addon, more soap I guess. Another subscription, just what I need. Still nothing. Cannot find the files. Waiting, again, for support. I purchased this about a year ago, never got support, never used Soap. I wonder, is that an annual fee? I get tired of searching.

I installed it and when it works, it works well. But it would intermittently turn off all sound and I have to start everything over and re-add the effect to get it to work again. Update: customer support is helping me fix this issue.

i bought, tried to use, Audacity says incompatible. wrote to customer support. Got in contact with Tom, found a workaround. He was very nice! I hope the issue gets fixed in the future!

I paid 60 dollars for this product, downloaded it vai musehub but i still get an error.
I am so frustrated and disapponted. There is no intallation guide anywhere, very frustrating too
