Vocal Pro brings the core stages of vocal processing together in one channel strip. Start with the Tone section to clean up unwanted lows and highs and shape the overall balance of the voice. Dedicated Low, Mid, High, and Air controls make it easy to move from darker and warmer tones to brighter, more present vocals without building a separate EQ chain. Compression provides control over the performance itself. Shape the dynamics with Threshold, Ratio, Attack, and Release, then use Makeup to restore level after compression. Whether you need gentle leveling or firmer control, the compressor can help the vocal stay more consistent and easier to place in the mix. The Character section handles two of the details that often separate a processed vocal from a polished one. The de-esser controls excessive sibilance, while the saturation stage adds harmonic density and color. Saturation can be blended subtly for extra body and presence or pushed further when the vocal needs more attitude. The Space section finishes the vocal with stereo width and reverb. Width can tighten the image toward mono or expand it beyond the original stereo field, while Size, Damp, and Mix provide straightforward control over the accompanying reverb. Each major processing section can be switched independently, making it easy to use Vocal Pro as a complete vocal chain or only for the stages a particular recording needs. Input and output metering help keep gain under control throughout the process. Factory presets provide starting points for sounds ranging from Clean, Warm, and Intimate to Bright, Airy, Rap, Rock, Podcast, and Wide.
