Often crashes when searching for presets. Mostly unusable because of this

What's the point in having favorites if you can't recall them?

Says not availble for some reason, even though I own the product.

It crashes very frequently… when will thus be fixed?

Everytime I use the search feature to find a specific song or artist, the application crashes every single time without fail. Uninstalled and Reinstalled several times but still does not work. Please fix.
