Burning Stones is a fictional high-gain guitar amplifier plugin created for heavy, reactive guitar tones with a distinctive desert-inspired character. Designed around sag, speaker weight, and rough cabinet textures, it emphasizes dynamic response and the feeling of an amplifier that changes under the player's touch. The amp responds to input level by compressing and changing its behavior, while the Power control influences the amount of sag and final-stage drive. A selection of five built-in cabinet voices provides different tonal flavors, ranging from cleaner speaker textures to darker, heavier resonant characters without requiring external impulse responses. A traditional three-band EQ, dedicated feel controls, factory and user presets, and temporary snapshot slots support both quick sound creation and detailed tone shaping. Burning Stones is intended for guitar sounds that are physical, heavy, and full of character rather than perfectly clean or transparent.
