Chorus Reviews
No SATB, no solo voice, not much power, mediocre balance, inconsistent quality across the board, not many options relative to its price. I'd stick with Muse Choir.
People says it sounds bad becaue of thei're bad PC, i have sucha Good one and it has such a nice sounds! I'm very proud of buying this, tho, there's a thing. While on the slow syllables, when women sing the lyric "meet" it sound so weird, sucha high note I didn't ask for. If you just remove this and add a lil bit more of lyrics it Will turn the best one of All!
I would be so happy with the product, if it actually worked. There is no manual, no how-tos, just a showcase of what it can do and how great it is. And whats more, playback doesnt work and it wont play any vocal effects. Disappointed!
no separate voices- i.e. sopranos, altos, tenors, etc! No solo voices!! wierd sudden drops and rises in sound levels per vowel sound. requires extra filtering to come close to balancing with other voices or instraments…. does not perform as advertised….shame!!!!!!! You’re better off Oooing, or Ahhhing away your work!
Not very happy with the quality of this choir. I'm writing a piece for full orchestra and choir with a preset text and the MuseChoir was much better for demoing my project.
Nel Musescore non funziona per niente bene, i suoni fanno veramente pena. COMPLETAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO! dovrebbero farlo andare bene con il musescore. sono molto deluso.
It seems that Audio Imperia cannot get it together on MuseScore. Nucleus was an absolute disaster, but is sounds great on Kontakt (I am a proud owner of Nucleus for Kontakt). Chorus for Kontakt has amazing sound quality and the syllables are excellently defining, however, for MuseScore, you can barely tell the difference. The energetic and traditional syllables sound very processed and you literally cannot even tell the difference between lyrics. I will say, however, the slow syllables, when playing softer melodies, sound excellent with defined lyrics. The legato is alright but the effects sound weird. I guess its better than the free core choir, but it is not worth the price tag. Its sad because I love the concept of Audio Imperia coming to notations. Do not waste your money, even when it's on intro price. I would more than recommend many of Audio Imperia's high quality products for Kontakt, but almost none of their products on MuseScore.
Naturally, the first thing I did with this was transcribe Duel of The Fates. This library epicly fails as for some reason on the "Rah" Syllable every male voice becomes very quiet and there is a weird 8va effect happening in the sopranos. None of this I wrote in. Everything else is cool but this is quite disappointing as "Rah" is easily one of the best sounding sounds a choir can make.
lots of sound differences and the words come through clearly. this is much better than one of the other lyrical downloads
