Filament

Filament sits between your MIDI input and the instruments already in your workflow. It can load and perform up to 64 AU/VST3 instruments in a single DAW track or standalone setup, giving you one place to route, voice, trigger, sequence, mix, and reuse complex orchestration systems. Play a chord, split it across instruments, reshape the voicing, trigger phrase material, and move between complete performance setups without rebuilding your template every time. Directly import the orchestration into a live MuseScore Studio session. The goal is not to replace your judgement or provide another sample library. Filament gives the sounds you already own a deeper performance workflow: intelligent chord revoicing, per-instrument arpeggiators, MIDI clip launching, modifier curves, a built-in mixer, and reusable orchestration setups that can move between cues and projects. Filament includes a preset browser built around over 150 built-in orchestrations, plus 12 swappable orchestration states with 8 input layers per keyswitch. You can use it inside your DAW, run it in standalone mode, route generated MIDI back out for editing, or use the beta MuseScore Bridge workflow to send recorded, revoiced MIDI into a scoring session.
