Some takes cannot be recorded again. This is the set for those. Six plugins, each one aimed at a single kind of damage, and each one built so that what it removes is the only thing that changes. A restoration tool that also dulls the music has not repaired anything. ARNOISE Broadband noise reduction. You point it at a piece of room tone, it learns the profile, and it subtracts that profile - not a guess at what noise usually sounds like. ARHUM Mains hum. It builds the hum - fundamental and harmonics - and subtracts it, so what is left is the recording without the buzz rather than the recording with a notch in it. ARCLICK Clicks, crackle and digital dropouts. The damaged sample run is rebuilt from the signal around it by prediction, so a repaired click leaves no hole. It knows the difference between a drum hit and a crackle. ARROOM Room and reverb reduction. The tail is estimated from the signal's own history, so a close voice in a bad room can be pulled forward without the artefacts a gate leaves. ARLAYER Layer separation. Splits a signal into its tonal, transient and air layers so you can treat one without touching the others - and the three layers sum back to the input exactly. ARSUP Resonance suppressor. Finds the ringing frequencies that a room or an instrument adds and holds them down only while they ring. Every plugin ships as Audio Unit and VST3 on macOS (universal, Apple Silicon and Intel) and as VST3 on Windows, each with its own illustrated user guide and a factory preset bank.
