Keep the voice, remove the rest
MuseHub Voice Extractor isolates the voice or vocal layer from a song, interview or mixed recording. It reduces instruments and background sound so you can work with the voice on its own.
Upload your audio, wait while the file is processed, preview the isolated voice and download the result for editing, study or creative work.
What can you do with an isolated voice?
Create an acapella for a remix
Extract the vocal from a finished song and place it over a new beat, arrangement or sound design. Preview the full track before adding it to a project.
Study a vocal performance
Listen more closely to phrasing, timing, pronunciation, harmonies and breath control without the full instrumental masking the details.
Prepare audio for editing
Use the isolated voice as a starting point for trimming, effects, transcription or a new mix when the original session is unavailable.
Build a cover or performance track
Keep the vocal for reference while arranging new accompaniment, rehearsing harmonies or planning a cover version.

How AI voice extraction works
Source-separation AI analyses the waveform, frequencies and musical patterns in a mixed recording. It identifies the parts most likely to contain a human voice and rebuilds them as a separate audio track.
Results depend on the source. A clear lead vocal usually separates more cleanly than overlapping speakers, choirs, live recordings or voices with strong delay, reverb and distortion.
Tips for a cleaner voice track
- Upload the original WAV or FLAC file when possible. More source detail can improve separation.
- Avoid recordings captured from speakers, phones or noisy rooms when a direct digital file is available.
- Preview quiet phrases and sections with heavy instruments before downloading the result.
- Expect some background residue when the voice overlaps strongly with instruments or other speakers.
Troubleshooting
The file will not upload
Confirm that the file uses MP3, WAV, FLAC or M4A and is no larger than 1GB or 20 minutes. Export a fresh MP3 or WAV copy if the file cannot be read.
The voice still contains background music
Some background sound can remain when the voice and instruments occupy the same frequencies. Try a higher-quality source or a different master of the recording.
Parts of the voice sound processed
Heavy reverb, distortion, doubling and compression can create artifacts. Compare the result with another source file and use the cleanest version available.
