PulseLore Music Meter is a professional desktop audio analysis tool for music producers, audio engineers, and creators. Provides technical measurements including decoded sample peak, RMS level, integrated loudness, stereo balance, phase correlation, near-ceiling events, silence boundaries, and DC offset. Supports WAV, MP3, and FLAC audio files. Runs completely offline. Your audio files are analyzed locally and are never uploaded or stored. Windows 10/11 (64-bit) supported.
