I bought it but it does not run or load the download. Terrible product and service.
Sheet Music Scanner Reviews
Text failures, does not recognize others than g-key changes F-key into G-key and hustle up of rows etc. It is useless for me and asked for refund...
This product does not work correctly. I get no usable results. Most of the scores do not get recognized at all. It is not worth the money.
Most of the time the entire sheets is not transcribed. Mostly it completes the first five measurements.
Handles old yellowed sheet music from the 1960s better than I expected
Thanks, works better.
Great Update ! The App works much, much better ! Congrats
Any plans for an iPad app? Scanning straight from the tablet would be huge
The MusicXML export saved me hours, exports clean into Finale
So glad I didn't pay full price for this! Even the cleanest PDFs yield bizarre results that bear scant resemblance to the original. Developers generally silent. While I hope that newer versions improve simple functions, I'm not holding out hope. At least for now, total waste of money. UPDATE: To add insult to injury, now I'm being locked out. Please authorize via Muse Hub and try again! 1. Close this application. 2. Open Muse Hub. 3. Start this application again. So I did it and I remain locked out.
Ditto July 25 review, Halbestunde which I purchased, will not open and keeps asking for authorization.

I uninstalled MuseHub and everything else twice, every time I open it it still tells me I need to authorize from MuseHub to open the app. Quit the app and tried again, nothing. It used to work semi-accurately, but now it doesn’t work at all.

My primary material is SATB choral closed scores with piano accompaniment - the "bread and butter" of church choir music. This software fails miserably every time. The output bears practically no resemblance to the original score. This is modern, well-printed sheet music, scanned at 300 DPI in greyscale, yet this software can't handle it. Absolute waste of time and money.
An easy example is to convert a staff that has full measure rests. The result is incorrect every time. This is not yet ready for reliable use. I'm going back to SmartScore.
Does it recognize guitar tabs or just standard notation? Would love tab support
Been using PlayScore and SmartScore before, this blows both out of the water for accuracy
Why? I pait twice but it don't work

I have transcribed 300 sheets with Sheet music scanner and very few were not perfect. Its 100 times better than any other competitor like smartscore, photoscore etc... a bit slow its right, and results get worse for big sheets (more than 15 pages) but its doin the job for massive transcription tasks
only getting rests an NO notes!
To not be a desktop version and rely on the web for conversion means this thing is slow as death. Waiting for a two page pdf to load was painful. All the power in our modern machines is wasted on this app. Not even worth $25.00 which is the “sale price.” End results are far from satisfactory even if you can afford the painful waiting.
I tried converting a very clean PDF and the result wasn't even close. I then tried converting a PDF exported from MuseScore back into an MSCZ file, and all I got was one long paus. This isn't working at all. I would like a refund, please.
Even with ultra clean pdf (not scanned) ends up too often with blank sheets or entire parts filed with pauses. I don't even dare to try with optical scans.
I’m surprised that it works equally well with PDFs and photos.
This is such a help! Is there a limit to how many PDFs I can upload per day?
