Vitric Audio

Vitric Audio makes precision audio plugins, built and used in a working recording studio in Cleveland, Ohio. The line covers the whole mix: EQ, compression, multiband dynamics, reverb, delay, console summing, a vocal chain, a de-esser, a subharmonic synthesizer, a saturator and the Kiln software synthesizer. Everything ships as VST3, AU and AAX for macOS and Windows, with a three-day trial and a fourteen-day refund on every plugin.

Free

A freeform parametric EQ with 24 bands, any of them dynamic, any of them placed in mid, side, left or right. Slopes to 96 dB/oct and an analyzer that draws pre and post at the same time. Zero latency by default, 2x or 4x oversampling when you want it. VST3, AU and AAX for Windows and macOS. Free.

Free

A saturator built around one deeply tuned analog-style voice and four knobs: Drive, Tone, Mix and Output. The low end cannot thin, Auto holds loudness within ±0.5 LU across the whole Drive range, and every one of those claims is a measured test that fails the build if it moves. No modes, no styles. VST3, AU and AAX for Windows and macOS. Free.
