Muse Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Compliance Status

The MuseHub web application (accessed through the browser only) is fully compliant with the EN 301 549 accessibility standard, which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

The MuseHub macOS desktop application is fully compliant with the EN 301 549 accessibility standard, which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

The MuseHub Windows desktop application is partially compliant with the EN 301 549 accessibility standard, which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

The MuseSounds Manager Linux desktop application is not yet compliant with the EN 301 549 accessibility standard, which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Non-compliance means that some parts of the content may not fully meet accessibility requirements.

Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

1. MuseSounds Manager (Linux): No Screen Reader support – Platform limitation, this issue will be fixed when AvaloniaUI adds screen reader support for Linux, fix depends on AvaloniaUI to add it, fix timeline will be updated accordingly.

2. MuseHub (Windows): Keyboard Navigation Issues – Keyboard navigation does not work as expected when tabbing through the “Horizontal Content” sections. Planned to be fixed in Q1 2026. As a workaround, you can navigate to “See All” underneath the section to view all products.

3. MuseHub (Windows): Screen Reader Issues – A few controls may not report themselves correctly to screen readers. We will review and correct these during our release cycles. If you discover a control that does sound right, please contact us. Planned to be fixed by Q4 2026.
