Berlin Percussion Reviews

Berlin is my new favorite percussion section. Many of the instruments have multiple sizes and playing techniques (through sound flags) - there are four different sizes of bass drums, and more cymbals, and even more snares! My favorite sound is the bowed cymbal - none of the other libraries have that. Out of the paid libraries, Berlin has the most instruments and just as good quality sound, if not better - Vienna has no customizability, and a very small selection compared to Berlin. My only wish for this is that there will be drum sets or mixed percussion options, but the free muse sounds have those, so all is well. Thanks to all who made this amazing sound library!

Perfect ! There is a lot of different sounds on each instruments thanks to the soundflags. The quality is exceptionnal. Some exemples of what's inside : - several snare drums - different sizes Cymbals, Bass Drums, Tam-Tam - different mallets, techniques on a lot of instruments - less common instruments such as Wind Machine, Anvils - samples like Fog Horn - Celesta is also inside, which is super useful ! - The balance is really nice, not much to adjust. The Library is really good. Thank you so much for this hard work! I'm not percussionist but I'm 100% sure that it's the best !! And thanks to the Orchestra Tools Team who read and correct the problems !

I love combining this with the normal MusePerc as it adds a huge range. A good example is the Tam-tam sound. It is different than the MuseSound tam-tam and so it works perfectly for when I call for a high tam and a low tam as they are pitched differently. Great all around!
