ARSPEC gives you a detailed, high-resolution view of your audio spectrum. Its 32,768-point analysis provides frequency resolution down to 1.5 Hz at 48 kHz, helping you see everything from broad tonal balance to closely spaced resonances. Move the cursor across the spectrum to see the exact frequency, level, and nearest musical note, making it easy to identify a problematic resonance as a note rather than translating from hertz yourself. Peak hold keeps short-lived peaks visible, while adjustable resolution lets you choose between a smoother overview and more detailed frequency analysis. Choose SUM, overlaid left and right channels, or mid and side views to inspect different parts of the stereo signal. A correlation meter provides an additional check on stereo and phase relationships. The adjustable SLOPE control tilts the display when you want to emphasize higher frequencies. ARSPEC is purely an analysis tool: it adds zero latency and passes your audio through bit-for-bit unchanged.
