Thank you to all of the devs at Audacity, including everyone specifically mentioned in the patch notes as of today 6/19/26. I wasn't passionate enough to try and understand what was going on, but I needed a vacation anyways. The grass was lovely. So thank you VERY MUCH for fixing the mysteries showing up, and the ones not showing up, in our mixes. I can finally get back to fully powered confidence with what I love doing besides creating sounds and songs, and that's using Audacity within our pipeline. o7 p.s. I also love Muse Hub and all it does for true experimental artists. The more tears shed over it, the shinier it gets.

I tend to have crash outs when saving a project every so often. But then I can go back in and retrieve it and save under a different name. That can be frustrating BUT overall I find audacity easy to use and effective for podcasts and community radio shows
Although it is incompatible with a good number of plug-ins, and Audacity sometimes stops starting or hangs during processing, forcing a forced termination, it is still very useful and easy-to-use software. I used this software on Apple Macintosh MacOS 8 and 9 almost 30 years ago.
